After her tenure at NYHRC and Carnegie Hall's C-57 Fitness Studio, Ginger spent over 20 years as the Director of Fitness at the prestigious St. Andrews Country Club. Her mission to transform lives through fitness has brought her back to empowering individuals to achieve their healthiest selves.

Our Coaching Journey

I will provide you with a health history and waiver that grants permission to work with you that will require your signature.

All sessions will be at your home or desired location.

  • Your first session is complimentary.

  • All sessions will be at your home or desired location.

  • Single sessions, or 10-session series are available. The 10-session series format will receive a $100 discount.

  • Rescheduling appointments is simple, you may do so within the same week.  This flexibility aims to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

  • Please be aware that any cancellations made without advance notice will incur a full charge for the scheduled commitment. 

  • Taking a break during the 10-session series is not an issue.

  • Accepted payments are Cash, Check or Zelle.

Certifications & Skills

Ginger's passion for fitness and wellness began at Central Michigan University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in physical education and health.

Her 40 years of experience continued with a Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, she is an Active Isolated Stretching practitioner, a Functional Aging Expert, Neurosensory Specialist, CPR/AED certified and a fall prevention expert.

For those who may not know her yet, Ginger is introducing comprehensive fitness programs tailored for individuals who believe in aging well and seeking a healthier lifestyle.
